Our Mission:

We believe in the importance of treating the whole person. We also believe in the health benefits of connecting with nature. This is why we offer the option to conduct our 60-minute follow-up sessions outdoors on the walking paths around the Clinton, NJ area.

We combine the growth and healing benefits of spending time in nature with traditional talk therapy. This is known as Ecotherapy, or Nature-based Therapy. With ecotherapy, our therapy and/or medication management session is conducted while walking on local trails around Clinton, NJ. If the weather is not ideal for an outdoor session, we have the option to do a remote session or meet at my office.

As a mental health nurse practitioner, Amanda is trained to conduct both medication management and therapy sessions.

With our holistic approach to care, we take into consideration things like your physical health, lifestyle factors, relationships, life experiences, and spirituality. We will work together to see how these impact your current situation and what we can do to help improve your overall mental well-being.
